Following the success of the first recruitment intake, D&D Traffic Management is thrilled to welcome the second group of 27 Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) candidates to the the D&D family. Since beginning our partnership with Aboriginal Employment Strategy and Aboriginal Pathways iTraffic Pre-Employment program, we’ve employed a total of 43 career seekers.

Upon their commencement of employment, AES gradates, like all new recruits, complete a week of intense internal inductions. Once the inductions are completed, the new team members join experienced traffic control crews who provide support on worksites to enhance their knowledge and experience.

Robert Cazzolli, Managing Director of D&D Group said “the first intake of AES candidates are proving to be valued members of our organisation as they continue to develop into great Traffic Controllers along with the entire D&D team. We welcome our new recruits, and look forward to working with them with the same enthusiasm “.

“A special thank you to Aboriginal Employment Strategy and Aboriginal Pathways for the ongoing partnership and commitment to this program. We look forward to strengthening this partnership in the future” he added.

D&D Traffic Management supports a culture of diversity and inclusion. The organisation is committed to employing Indigenous Australian’s as part of its diverse employment strategy.
