D&D Group celebrates 18 years and congratulates its first employees to achieve 10 years of service
From its humble beginnings as a crane hire company servicing local construction companies in the Illawarra, D&D Group has evolved from a single employee start-up into a trio of successful business units consisting of Traffic Management, Employment Services and Property Management employing over 250 people. Whilst no-longer operating as a Crane Hire company, it is an important part of its history. April 2016 marks the 18th year of D&D Group’s incorporation.
Diego Diaz, the pioneering Founder and Director of D&D Group reflects on two major factors that have influenced growth and success of the business. “Since inception we have remained true to our unwavering commitment for improvement and passion to continuously drive the business forward.” Diego credits co-Directors Robert Cazzolli and Fabian Diaz for injecting the energy and enthusiasm into proactively evolving the business.
He adds that the second and most important factor is “our culture, that fosters an environment of honesty and our dedication to always do what we say we are going to do. We understand our clients rely on us to deliver on the required project and in the process we make it our goal to be easy work with to get the job done.”
D&D Group also congratulates John Carusi (Business Analyst) and Phil Dell’Orefice (Service Delivery Coordinator) for recently achieving the milestone of 10 years service at D&D Group, the company’s first employees to accomplish this. Managing Director, Robert Cazzolli said “We thank John and Phil for their ongoing dedication to D&D Group and we recognise their contribution to the business. We also thank our loyal clients for their continued support of D&D Group and look forward to the future.”
